What do the numbers mean on a hearing test results in meps?

Question by : What do the numbers mean on a hearing test results in meps?
Me and a couple of other guys compared each others results and we saw that all of us had 0’s and a few 5’s and 10’s. But this other guy had numbers between 10-25. Does that mean this guy has a better hearing than us?

Chalmers? Chalmers should not be allowed to have arms to shoot the ball in the fourth quarter!!

    We couldnt figure it out either. I think lower is better but im not sure.
