Relative to the Penn State Scandal, why am I not hearing the words “Accessory after the fact”?

Question by Jimmy: Relative to the Penn State Scandal, why am I not hearing the words “Accessory after the fact”?
And, what about “aiding and abetting?” Are those things not criminal charges any longer?
Also, does the student body of Penn State really celebrate and support those who rape, and those who abet the rape, of tiny children?

Penn State students have been blind-sided by the game of football.
This scandal is unraveling still. More people will certainly be charged with accessory or conspiracy.

  1. Idi Amin says:

Just wait until the indictments come out. I think Joe Paterno will probably be indicted. Penn State is apparently a football program first and a school second. Since football is so important and brings in so much money, nobody wanted to bring shame to the university by actually admitting that one of their coaches was sodomizing little boys. They obviously cared more about reputation than the lives of those boys.
