I am sick and tired of taking protein and I know this stuff is good for you. But is there any supplements to take beside protein? I heard amino acid and L-Glutamine are good? Can anyone share their experience and opinions?

    Yea there are a few good products out there and if you dont mind carring a little water weight while you r on this supplement then in works great.

    Cell tech which is made by Muscle Tech. If you havent heard of it then ill tell ya what it is.

    Cell techn is a creatine based product but uses the insulin impact to transport creatine which is the most effective way to transport creatine monohydrate. This product is loaded with sugar and is very sweet but its top notch bar none.

    L-Glutamine is very good for recovery and is crucial to the body and to the muscle development. Dont get the flavored L-glutamine cause it cost s more and its better to get a concentrated dose in pure form.

    You gotta have protein tho cause thats how you put on size and thats what keeps the body out of the catabolic state which is your muscles enemy. If you think you can get 1.5gm of protein per pound of body weight then go ahead but protein shakes are a great source of muscle food.

    There are some others out there but not as effective believe me i ve been working in nutrition and in gnc s for over 6 years.

    You will learn that you need to stick to what works if not your going to throwing alot of money around on product with high promises and high cost but low effects.
