You need to talk with a professional audiologist. Ask them. There are doctors who do “charity” work still. Doctors Without Borders (just one group)

    Any place that sells hearing aids can order one for a an infant. If you do not have a dealer near you then look for a hearing aid dealer on the web and buy one online.
