I have a significant hearing lose, 90% in one ear, 60% in the other. I use this device with a wireless telephone system. Once you learn how to connect it to the telephone and pair it with your Streamer Pro, it works great!!! It is similar to the Streamer Pro connection to your cell phone. Instead of using the telephone hand set, the sound goes directly to your hearing aids .

If you have a answering machine on your telephone, you must answer your call BEFORE the call goes to the answering machine otherwise there will be significant feedback for you and the caller. If that happens, you must turn off the answering machine recorder before continuing the conversation. This is an issue with the answering machine, not the telephone adapter.

Works well when you can get the elderly to remember re-charge it and use it instead of just picking up the phone.
