T-coils use magnetic frequency (I believe) and there is technology out there as I have heard of other people doing this but I don’t even know where to begin.

I think it would be easier to get a personal FM system that you can use while in the car, you can give the microphone/transmitter to your passenger and you use the receiver with your hearing aids on T or MT position. That way if you are in a different car you can take your system with you, and can also use the system if you go to lectures or meetings.

Are you trying to loop your car to hear the stereo or other people in the car?
