Frustrating Packaging, Poor Quality, June 17, 2011

The packaging on this item is frustrating because it is a set of clamshell pockets with a foil backing. The pockets are poorly perforated, so to try to tear one or two off of the pack, you’ll often end up tearing another pouch open. In addition, the batteries did not last as long as other Duracell products. I had purchased this item since Duracell EasyTab DA10B12RC 1.4-Volt Zinc Air Hearing Aid Batteries, Size 10, 12-Count Pack (Pack of 2) was no longer available for Subscribe and Save, but am switching back because these were so poor.

I was searching for a good price on Hearing aid batteries and found these at a great price! I hope to order from them again.

    A rare disappointment, June 7, 2011

This item is not as pictured in the ad. The batteries are not in the convenient easy-application device, but must be removed separately with small tabs and placed by hand in the hearing instrument. In addition, I have found the batteries to be weaker than what I usually get from Energizers. I won’t purchase from this source in the future.

I ordered 6, 8-packs of Duracell # 10 hearing aid batteries from Best Deal Supply recently. Instead of Duracell batteries, I received Energizer # 10 batteries, because, I was told, they were out of stock on the Duracell batteries. So far, out of about 16 Energizer batteries, 2 lasted 2-3 days, the rest last for a matter minutes, many less than 15-20 minutes. As I write this I am looking for a battery that will work on one of my devices for more than a few minutes and not having much luck.

Stay away from Energizer batteries for your hearing aid devices and stay away from Best Deal Supply.
