I think every hearing aid wearer will agree that the biggest battery hassles are:

    1. they don’t last long enough
    2. they can be difficult to get out of the package
    3. they’re small so you drop them
    4. because of their size they’re difficult to install

Energizer has solved all of these problems.

    1. I get a week out of these. I’m in the habit of replacing the batteries weekly even if they still have some life in them. I’ve never had one go dead on me.

    2. The packaging is very clever. It’s easy to grip and turn the batteries to one lines up with the opening in the back. Once there, just grab the tab and pull it out.

    3. The tab is about four times longer than the battery. It’s very easy to hold onto and if you do drop one it’ll be a lot easier to find on the floor than a tiny battery.

    4. The battery on my hearing aid drops in so you have to line it up perfectly which is hard with a tiny battery and big fingers. With the Energizer, you just hold onto the tab and guide it in – much easier.

Very happy with this product. Not only is it long lasting but Energizer put some thought into how they will be used.

As consumers, we get a bit skeptical when a new version of a product claims to last longer; but with hearing aid batteries we typically get in a routine of changing the batteries at set intervals (depending on our usage). In my case, I generally find myself replacing the battery approximately every 7 days (in other words – around the same time each week). With these new Energizer batteries, I seem to get an additional day or two before I need to change batteries. Obviously, this is nothing scientific, but I would recommend the batteries as long as they are price competitive with the batteries you normally buy. Good luck..

I usually buy my batteries at the hearing center at kaiser but they were closed on a Saturday. What a bummer I loaded up with these batteries and nothing but disappointment. They would not even last a day. I sent my wife to Kaiser today to get me 96 more of their batteries and when I called they lady there said that she has heard a lot of complaints about these specific batteries. Oh well there goes about $32 bucks down the toilet Buyer beware!!
