   I recently purchased this from Best Buy. I wear hearing aids with adjustable sound. This amplifier made the sound even louder with the aids. However, after wearing it a short while, a buzz developed which became so annoying that I had to remove it from the ear. I will be returning it to Best Buy. It is light weight and very comfortable to the point that after awhile you do not even know it is there. With they buzzing, all the good points go away. It is not when watching TV but in the car or anywhere.
